The vibrant hometown classical troupe’s much anticipated fall show features their trademark range of exciting choreographic talent. On tap are the Main Stage premiere of company member Yanis-Eric Pikieris’ Genus (a favorite at last spring’s Salon Showcase); Ben Needham-Wood’s Apollo & Daphne, based on the myth of a woman who turns into a tree to escape the Greek Sun god; and the return of Tara Lee’s Under the Olive Tree, a lush, thrilling portrait of ancient Greek deities which was the hit of DDTM’s debut.

Before the show
Enjoy a pre-show conversation as part of our Dance Talks series, moderated by journalist Jordan Levin with choreographers Tara Lee and Ben Needham-Wood, founding Artistic Directors Jennifer Kronenberg & Carlos Guerra and guest speaker Professor Han Tran, Senior Lecturer in the Classics Dept. at the University of Miami. This will take place at 6:30pm in our Dance Rehearsal Studio.

After the show
A post show discussion will also take place immediately following the performance in the Main Stage also moderated by Levin.

*VIP ticket includes a Post-Show Reception
Celebrate with Founding Artistic Directors Jennifer Kronenberg & Carlos Guerra, and the Dimensions Dancers at a post-show reception with a champagne toast and hors d'oeuvres and live music by New World School of the arts faculty and students in our Balcony lounge following the performance.
