Come celebrate the Fourth of July early at this FREE patriotic performance. Bring the family for an evening of music by the Air National Guard Band of the South which supports the Air Force and Air National Guard mission in war and peace by inspiring patriotism and fostering a deep appreciation of the rich history and legacy of the Air Force.

Ryan Chapman, who holds a doctorate of musical arts from the Frost School of Music at the University of Miami, is a Miami-based recording artist, touring musician, and educator. He is primarily known for playing lead trumpet and performing solos in the extreme upper register of the instrument. Dr. Chapman was recently a featured soloist for a series of concerts with the Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra in Kuala Lumpur.  

In addition to touring as a featured artist with groups such as the Tommy Dorsey Orchestra, Glenn Miller Orchestra, Harry James Orchestra, and Tierra Cali among others, Dr. Chapman has recorded with George Benson, Steve Miller, the Henry Mancini Big Band with Kevin Spacey, and the Henry Mancini Institute Orchestra with Chick Corea and Bobby McFerrin. His recent recording, with world renowned saxophonist Ed Calle and Mamblue, won a Latin Grammy for Best Instrumental Album in 2015. Dr. Chapman is a Signature Artist for Warburton Music Products.

Appropriate for all ages. Tickets are required to attend and will be available by phone order or in-person at the Box Office (786-573-5300) starting Saturday, June 17. Limit of four tickets per person.
